Welcome to the Skills Assessment Portal
The Skills Assessment Portal is designed to evaluate your current skills, knowledge and abilities. It helps identify your strengths, uncover your skill gaps and guide decisions around your training and talent management.
By using the insights from the audit, your organisation can implement targeted development initiatives to improve your performance and strengthen your overall workforce capability.
The assessment consists of two parts:
- Qualification Assessment: Confirms whether employees meet the required qualifications for their roles and captures any additional qualifications.
- Competency Assessment: Measures employees’ skills, knowledge, and proficiency levels relevant to their job roles.
To Complete The Assessment:
- Click the button below to start your assessment
- The Qualification Assessment screen will appear
- Choose Yes or No from the dropdown list under Competent
- List any Other Qualifications you may have under Other Qualifications.
- Upload copies of your relevant qualification using the Choose File button.
- PLEASE name the upload file your Employee No and Name.
- Click the UPDATE button to proceed to Competency Assessment
- Read the competency definition and competencies per level.
- Click the EDIT icon at the end of the competency row.
- Select the level that best describes your current proficiency level.
- Click the UPDATE button to save your selection.
- Repeat this process for each competency.
- Click the COMPLETE ASSESSMENT button when done.
