A skills audit is a comprehensive assessment of the skills, knowledge, and abilities possessed by individuals within an organization.  The purpose of this portal is to conduct a skills audit within your organisation to assess the current skill sets of employees, identify areas of strength and areas for improvement.

Our secure, cloud-based Skills Audit Portal makes assessments simple for employees and powerful for HR and leadership.  Employees complete assessments at their own pace on desktop, tablet or mobile guided by a clear, intuitive interface that ensures consistency and accuracy.

The findings of this audit will help your organisation identify skill gaps, develop appropriate training programs, and make informed decisions regarding recruitment and talent management.

The skills audit is broken into two parts, a qualification assessment and a competency assessment.

Qualification Assessment

Competency Assessment

The competency assessment evaluates an individual’s knowledge, skills, and abilities (competencies) in relation to their specific job title.  It aims to determine an individual’s level of proficiency and readiness to perform specific tasks or roles.

How To Complete The Employee Competency Assessment

  • Read the competency definition and competencies per level.
  • Click the EDIT icon at the end of the competency row.
  • Select the level that best describes your current proficiency level.
  • Click the UPDATE button to save your selection.
  • Repeat this process for each competency.
  • Click the COMPLETE ASSESSMENT button when done.

Competency Assessment Dashboard
The competency dashboard provides a detailed analysis of employees’ actual skills and proficiency levels compared to the competencies required for their roles. It highlights strengths, exposes critical skills gaps, and identifies high-potential talent.

By mapping competency levels across teams and departments, organisations can prioritise targeted training interventions, optimise workforce performance, and align employee capabilities with strategic objectives.
