The skills audit is broken into two parts, a qualification assessment and a compeency assessment.

The competency assessment evaluates an individual’s knowledge, skills, and abilities (competencies) in relation to their specific job title. It aims to determine an individual’s level of proficiency and readiness to perform specific tasks or roles.
